About Breakaway Restaurant Solutions...

 

The Pinnacle Corporation, an investor in Intura, Has formed Breakaway Restaurant Solutions (BRS) to address the technology needs of the quick service, casual dining and delivery segments of the restaurant market.  BRS has acquired some of the assets of Intura Solutions, LP including rights to the Vision and Enterprise software.  We have also merged operations with The Support Guys who had been providing support for the Vision and Enterprise solutions.  BRS is now offering support contracts to provide cost effective support for these platforms. 

 

Vision support is offered with a monthly contract at $85.00 per month per location. (billed monthly)  As another option, per incident support is also offered at $100 per call with a signed support agreement.  To sign up for either of these support options, we ask that you download the forms available on the support page of www.breakawaypos.com complete and fax them back to us prior to any support needs.  Per incident support calls for clients NOT on a support agreement are offered at $120 per call. 

 

Also, we are very pleased to announce that there will be further development on the Vision and Enterprise software platforms.  We anticipate offering a maintenance plan in the near future.  Initial development is focused on finishing next scheduled release of Vision that Intura had started.  Production release of this version is targeted for mid-first quarter 2010.
